For more than a century, Avalon has been a popular vacation destination for beach lovers everywhere. Avalon shares the island with Stone Harbor to the south, offering a total of seven miles of beach touched by the Atlantic Ocean. Avalon’s pristine beaches are filled with adventures and memories just waiting to be made.

2018 Beach Tag Fees

  • Seasonal - $23 through May 31, $28 starting June 1
  • Weekly - $12
  • Daily - $6
  • Active military and immediate family, and veterans - free
  • Tags also honored on Stone Harbor beaches

When Beach Tags Are Required

Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., for ages 12 and up
